About
I spent five years at Eton and two as a firefighter in Singapore before coming to Columbia.
It’s hard to imagine two places further apart, but each gave me something the other couldn’t: one taught me how to think, and the other how to act when there isn’t time to.
Moving between worlds that rarely meet has made me comfortable almost anywhere, and curious about almost everyone. That’s what I want to keep building on, at Columbia and after it.

Reading nowSo far one of the most unbelievable books I’ve ever read. The truth really is stranger than fiction.

Gifted to me by a dear friend. A page a day kept me going through the toughest days of national service.
The Diving Bell and the Butterfly
A truly remarkable story, dictated one blink at a time after a stroke left the author completely paralysed.
Open
An account of Agassi’s battles on and off the court. Far from your average sports memoir.
